O que a evidencia realmente apoia
O ensaio aleatorizado DINE-CD atopou mellora sintomática, pero sen vantaxe sobre a dieta mediterránea, que é considerablemente máis fácil de seguir. [1]
Altamente restrictiva para un beneficio que unha dieta menos restrictiva parece igualar.
Onde se encaixa
A sinalización é consistente, pero os ensaios son pequenos, curtos ou ambos. É razoable probar baixo supervisión, e irrealista presentalo como resolto.
Como clasificamos isto
