Çfarë mbështet vërtet evidenca
Redukton simptomat funksionale të zorrëve tek pacientët me IBD në remision — fryrje, urgjencë, dhimbje — në punën e randomizuar. [1]
Trajton simptomat, jo inflamacionin. Nuk shëron mukozën dhe nuk duhet të zëvendësojë terapinë mjekësore. Kufizimi i zgjatur redukton diversitetin mikrobial, prandaj faza e riintroduktimit nuk është opsionale.
Ku i përshtatet
Sinjali është i qëndrueshëm, por provat janë të vogla, të shkurtra, ose të dyja. Është e arsyeshme të provohet nën mbikëqyrje, dhe e paarsyeshme ta paraqesësh si të zgjidhur.
Si e klasifikojmë këtë
Katër klasifikime të përgjithshme në vend të një shenje. "E vendosur" do të thotë prova të randomizuara ose miratim nga udhëzimet. "Premtuese" do të thotë një sinjal i qëndrueshëm nga provat që janë të vogla ose të shkurtra. "Të kufizuara" do të thotë vetëm prova mekanistike ose observuese. "Popullore por e dobët" do të thotë e përdorur gjerësisht dhe e mbështetur dobët — një kategori që ekziston sepse pretendimi se ato qasje nuk janë aty jashtë nuk ndihmon askënd.
