Lodhja

Lodhja është ndër simptomat më shpesh të raportuara në IBD dhe ndër ato më pak të trajtuara. Ajo vazhdon në një pjesë të madhe të njerëzve të cilët kanë kontrolluar inflamacionin, që do të thotë se nuk është thjesht një shenjë e aktivitetit të sëmundjes.

Kontributorët përfshijnë aneminë (mungesa e hekurit është shumë e zakonshme dhe e korrigjueshme), shqetësimin e gjumit, efektet e medikamenteve, inflamacionin kronik dhe ngarkesën psikologjike të një sëmundjeje të paparashikueshme. Shëndeti mendor

Shkallët e ankthit dhe depresionit në IBD tejkalojnë ndjeshëm shkallët e zakonshme. Shpjegimi i dukshëm — të jetosh me një sëmundje të paparashikueshme, të stigmatizuar, ndonjëherë që shkakton inkontinencë është shqetësuese — është real dhe ndoshta nuk është e gjithë historia, duke pasur parasysh rrugët inflamatore dhe ato të zorrëve dhe trurit të mbuluara në faqen tonë të provave të zorrëve dhe trurit.

Ajo që ka rëndësi në praktikë është se kjo është e trajtueshme dhe zakonisht e humbur. Mbështetja psikologjike është pjesë e kujdesit për IBD në udhëzimet evropiane dhe ofrohet në mënyrë të paqëndrueshme.

  • Menaxhimi i dietës. Shkaktarët individualë, asnjë listë e validuar, dhe një sasi e madhe këshillash kontradiktore — shih dietën.
  • Punësimi. Lodhja dhe urgjenca ndërveprojnë keq me modelet e punës rigoroze.
  • Udhëtimi. Ruajtja e medikamenteve, siguria e ushqimit dhe aksesin — të mbuluara në faqen tonë të shëndetit në udhëtim.

Epidemiologjia

Incidenca e IBD është e lartë dhe e qëndrueshme në Evropë dhe Amerikën e Veriut dhe po rritet ndjeshëm në vendet e reja të industrializuara. Ky model gjeografik është një nga argumentet më të forta për një komponent mjedisor — dieta, higjiena, antibiotikët dhe mikrobiomi janë të gjithë kandidatë, dhe asnjë nuk është i vendosur.
