Yorgunluk

Yorgunluk, IBD'de en sık bildirilen semptomlardan biridir ve en az tedavi edilenler arasındadır. Enflamasyon kontrol altında olan birçok kişide devam etmektedir, bu da onun sadece hastalık aktivitesinin bir göstergesi olmadığını göstermektedir.

Katkıda bulunan faktörler arasında anemi (demir eksikliği çok yaygındır ve düzeltilebilir), uyku bozukluğu, ilaç etkileri, kronik enflamasyon ve öngörülemeyen bir hastalığın psikolojik yükü bulunmaktadır. Düzeltilebilir olanlar, on beş dakikalık bir calprotectin odaklı randevuda kimsenin sizin için gündeme getirmeyeceği için açıkça takip edilmeye değerdir.

Mental sağlık

IBD'de anksiyete ve depresyon oranları arka plan oranlarını önemli ölçüde aşmaktadır. Açık açıklama — öngörülemeyen, damgalanmış, bazen inkontinansa neden olan bir hastalıkla yaşamak zorlayıcıdır — gerçektir ve muhtemelen tüm hikaye değildir, zira bağırsak-beyin kanıtı sitemizde ele alınan enflamatuar ve bağırsak-beyin yolları vardır.

Pratikte önemli olan, bunun tedavi edilebilir olması ve rutin olarak gözden kaçırılmasıdır. Psikolojik destek, Avrupa kılavuzlarında IBD bakımının bir parçasıdır ve eşit şekilde sunulmamaktadır.

Pratik yük

  • Tuvalet erişim kaygısı, seyahat, iş ve sosyal yaşamı genellikle kliniklerin takdir ettiğinden daha fazla kısıtlar.
  • Öngörülemezlik. Bir alevlenmenin uyarı vermeden gelebileceği durumlarda plan yapmak zordur.
  • Diyet yönetimi. Bireysel tetikleyiciler, doğrulanmış bir liste yok ve çok sayıda çelişkili tavsiye — diyet için bakın.
  • İstihdam. Yorgunluk ve aciliyet, katı çalışma düzenleriyle kötü etkileşimde bulunur.
  • Seyahat. İlaç depolama, gıda güvenliği ve erişim — seyahat sağlığı sitemizde ele alınmıştır.

Epidemiyoloji

IBD insidansı Avrupa ve Kuzey Amerika'da yüksek ve stabil, yeni sanayileşen ülkelerde ise keskin bir artış göstermektedir. Bu coğrafi desen, çevresel bir bileşen için en güçlü argümanlardan biridir — diyet, hijyen, antibiyotikler ve mikrobiyom tüm adaylardır ve hiçbiri kesin değildir.

Remisyondaysam neden bitkin hissediyorum?
Yorgunluk, iltihabi kontrol sağlandıktan sonra da sıklıkla devam eder. Önce ferritin ve B12'yi kontrol edin; bunlar yaygın, düzeltilebilir ve sıklıkla gözden kaçan durumlardır.
Stres alevlenmelerime neden oluyor mu?
Stresin semptomları etkilemesi makuldür, ancak iltihaba neden olduğuna dair kanıt, halk arasındaki modelden daha zayıftır. Bu sizin suçunuz değil.
Ameliyata ihtiyacım olacak mı?
