IBDarekin bizitzea: nekea, mina eta neurtzen ez diren zatiak
Paperean erremisioa eta bizi den erremisioa gauza desberdinak dira, eta tarte horretan karga gehiena dago.
Nekea
Nekea IBDko gehien adierazitako sintoma da eta gutxien tratatutakoen artean dago. Pertsona askoren hantura kontrolatuta dagoenean iraun egiten du, eta horrek esan nahi du ez dela gaixotasunaren jarduera markatzaile bat soilik.
Kontribuzioko faktoreak anemia (burdina falta oso ohikoa eta zuzendua da), loaren nahastea, medikamentuen efektuak, hantura kronikoa eta gaixotasun ezegonkor baten psikologikoa karga dira. Zuzenduko direnak espreski bilatzea merezi du, inork ez baitu horiek aipatuko 15 minutuko hitzorduan, kalprotectinari buruzko fokua eginez.

Osasun mental
IBDko ansietate eta depresio tasak atzeko tasak gainditzen ditu. Azken finean, gaixotasun ezegonkor, estigmatizatua eta batzuetan inkontinentzia eragiten duen gaixotasunarekin bizitzea penagarria da — benetakoa da eta agian ez da istorio osoa, gure heste-gainazal froga gunean estaltzen diren hantura eta heste-gainazal bideak kontuan hartuta.
Praktikan garrantzitsua dena da hau tratagarria dela eta ohikoak ez direla. Psikologiko laguntza IBDko arreta parte da Europako gidalerroetan eta modu desberdinean ematen da.
Karga praktikoa
- Komunera joateko ansietatea, bidaia, lana eta gizarte bizitza murrizten ditu, klinikariek normalean estimatzen dutena baino gehiago.
- Ezegonkorra. Planifikazioa zaila da flare bat abisurik gabe iritsi daitekeenean.
- Dietaren kudeaketa. Indibidualki eragiten duten faktoreak, ez dago zerrenda balioztaturik, eta kontrako aholku asko — ikusi dieta.
- Enplegua. Nekea eta premia txarrak laneko eredu rigidoekin gaizki elkartzen dira.
- Bidaia. Medikamentuaren biltegiratzea, janariaren segurtasuna eta sarbidea — gure bidaia osasun gunean estaltzen da.
Epidemiologia
IBDko intzidentzia Europan eta Ipar Amerikan altua eta egonkorra da, eta industrializazio berriaren herrialdeetan azkar hazten ari da. Geografia horrek ingurumen osagai baten aldeko argudio indartsuenetako bat da — dieta, higienea, antibiotikoak eta mikrobioma guztiak hautagai dira, eta inork ez du ezarrita.
Galdera ohikoak
Zergatik nago nekatuta erremisioan nagoenean?
Estresak nire flareak eragiten al ditu?
Kirurgia behar al dut?
Bidaia egin dezaket?
