Byw gyda IBD: blinder, poen a'r rhannau nad ydynt yn mesur

Mae adferiad ar bapur a phrofiad adferiad yn bethau gwahanol, a'r bwlch yw lle mae'r rhan fwyaf o'r baich yn byw.

Blinder

Mae blinder ymhlith y symptomau a adroddir yn aml mewn IBD ac ymhlith y rhai lleiaf a thrinwyd. Mae'n parhau mewn rhan fawr o bobl sydd â'u llid wedi'i reoli, sy'n golygu nad yw'n unig yn farc o weithgaredd clefyd.

Mae'r cyfranwyr yn cynnwys anemia (mae diffyg haearn yn gyffredin iawn ac yn gellir ei gywiro), torri cwsg, effeithiau meddyginiaeth, llid cronig, a'r baich seicolegol o salwch annisgwyl. Mae'r rhai y gellir eu cywiro yn werth eu dilyn yn benodol, oherwydd ni fydd neb yn eu codi ar eich cyfer mewn apwyntiad pymtheg munud sy'n canolbwyntio ar galprotectin.

Baich blinder mewn IBD

Iechyd meddwl

Mae cyfraddau pryder a chlefyd meddwl mewn IBD yn llawer uwch na'r cyfraddau cefndir. Mae'r esboniad amlwg — byw gyda salwch annisgwyl, stigmatized, sy'n achosi anwybodaeth weithiau yn achosi pryder — yn wir ac yn debyg nad yw'n y stori gyfan, gan y llwybrau llidiog a chroen-yng-ngheg a drafodwyd ar ein safle tystiolaeth coluddyn-yng-ngheg.

Yr hyn sy'n bwysig yn ymarferol yw bod hyn yn gellir ei thrin ac yn aml yn cael ei gollwng. Mae cymorth seicolegol yn rhan o ofal IBD yn y canllawiau Ewropeaidd ac yn cael ei ddarparu'n anghyfartal.

Y baich ymarferol

  • Pryder am fynediad i'r toiled, sy'n cyfyngu ar deithio, gwaith a bywyd cymdeithasol yn fwy nag y mae clinigwyr fel arfer yn gwerthfawrogi.
  • Anrhagweladwyedd. Mae cynllunio'n anodd pan gall fflêr ddod heb rybudd.
  • Rheoli deiet. Ysgogiadau unigol, dim rhestr ddilysedig, a llawer o gyngor gwrthdaro — gweler deiet.
  • Cyflogaeth. Mae blinder a phryder yn rhyngweithio'n wael â phatrwm gwaith caled.
  • Teithio. Storio meddyginiaeth, diogelwch bwyd a mynediad — wedi'u cwmpasu ar ein safle iechyd teithio.

Epidemioleg

Mae digwyddiad IBD yn uchel ac yn sefydlog yn Ewrop a Gogledd America ac yn cynyddu'n sydyn mewn gwledydd newydd ddiwydiannol. Mae'r patrwm daearyddol hwn yn un o'r dadleuon cryfaf dros gydran amgylcheddol — mae deiet, hylendid, gwrthfiotigau a'r microbiome i gyd yn gystadleuwyr, ac nid yw unrhyw un wedi'i sefydlu.

Cwestiynau cyffredin

Pam rwy'n flinedig iawn os ydw i mewn remisiwn?
Mae blinder yn aml yn parhau y tu hwnt i reolaeth lidiol. Gwiriwch ferritin a B12 yn gyntaf; maent yn gyffredin, yn gywiradwy ac yn aml yn cael eu colli.
Ai straen sy'n achosi fy fflachiadau?
Mae'n bosibl bod straen yn dylanwadu ar symptomau, ond mae'r dystiolaeth ei fod yn achosi llid yn wannach na'r model gwerin. Nid eich bai chi ydyw.
A fydd angen llawdriniaeth arna i?
Mae lleiafrif sylweddol yn gwneud hynny, ac mae'r gyfran wedi gostwng wrth i therapi effeithiol gyrraedd yn gynharach — gweler triniaeth.
A allaf i deithio?
Gallwch, gyda chynllunio o amgylch meddyginiaeth, yswiriant a diogelwch bwyd.
