Umor

Umor je jedan od najčešće prijavljivanih simptoma kod IBD-a, a istovremeno jedan od najrjeđe liječenih. Perzistira kod velikog udjela ljudi čija je upala pod kontrolom, što znači da nije samo pokazatelj aktivnosti bolesti.

Uzroci uključuju anemiju (nedostatak željeza je veoma čest i može se ispraviti), poremećaje spavanja, učinke lijekova, kroničnu upalu i psihološko opterećenje nepredvidive bolesti.
