Väsimus

Väsimus on üks kõige sagedamini teatatud sümptomeid IBD puhul ja üks väheseid, mida ravitakse harva. See püsib suurel osal inimestest, kelle põletik on kontrolli all, mis tähendab, et see ei ole lihtsalt haiguse aktiivsuse marker.

Panustajad hõlmavad aneemiat (raudupuudus on väga levinud ja parandatav), unehäireid, ravimite kõrvaltoimeid, kroonilist põletikku ja ettearvamatute haiguste psühholoogilist koormust. Parandatavad tegurid on väärt selgelt jälgimist, sest keegi ei tõsta neid esile viieteistkümne minuti kohtumisel, mis keskendub kalprotektiinile.

Vaimne tervis

Ärevuse ja depressiooni määrad IBD puhul ületavad oluliselt taustamäärasid. Ilmselge seletus — elamine ettearvamatu, stigmatiseeritud, mõnikord inkontinentsi põhjustava haiguse korral on häiriv — on tõene ja tõenäoliselt mitte kogu lugu, arvestades põletikulisi ja soolestiku-aju teid, mida käsitletakse meie soolestiku-aju tõendite saidil.

Praktiliselt oluline on see, et see on ravitav ja regulaarselt tähelepanuta jäetud. Psühholoogiline tugi on osa IBD hooldusest Euroopa juhistes ja seda pakutakse ebaühtlaselt.

Praktiline koormus

  • Tualeti ligipääsu ärevus, mis piirab reisimist, tööd ja sotsiaalset elu rohkem, kui arstid tavaliselt hindavad.
  • Ettearvamatus. Plaanimine on keeruline, kui ägenemine võib tulla ootamatult.
  • Dieedi juhtimine. Individuaalsed käivitajad, mitte valideeritud nimekiri ja palju vastuolulisi nõuandeid — vaata dieeti.
  • Töö. Väsimus ja ägedus mõjutavad halvasti jäikade töömustritega.
  • Reisimine. Ravimite säilitamine, toiduohutus ja ligipääs — kajastatud meie reisihoolduse saidil.

Epidemioloogia

IBD incidents on Euroopas ja Põhja-Ameerikas kõrge ja stabiilne ning uutes tööstusriikides teravalt tõusmas. See geograafiline muster on üks tugevamaid argumente keskkonnakomponendi kasuks — dieet, hügieen, antibiootikumid ja mikrobiom on kõik kandidaadid, kuid ükski ei ole tõestatud.

Väsimus püsib sageli pärast põletiku kontrolli. Kontrolli esmalt ferritiini ja B12; need on levinud, parandatavad ja sageli tähelepanuta jäetud.
Kas stress põhjustab mu ägenemisi?
Stress mõjutab tõenäoliselt sümptomeid ja tõend, et see põhjustab põletikku, on nõrgem kui rahvapärane mudel. See ei ole sinu süü.
