Çfarë ndryshoi

Për dy dekada, baza e provave ishte ilaç-kundër-placebo, e cila i tha klinicistëve se biologjikët funksionojnë dhe asgjë për atë që të zgjidhet. Meta-analiza e rrjetit e ndryshoi këtë duke përdorur krahasues të përbashkët për të renditur terapitë në mënyrë indirekte [1][4].

Pasojat praktike janë që zgjedhja e parë tani mund të arsyetohet në vend që të jetë e paracaktuar, dhe dallimet midis agjentëve në induksion përballë mirëmbajtjes, dhe në efikasitet përballë sigurisë, janë të dukshme.
