Çfarë mbështet vërtet evidenca
Nuk ka prova të kontrolluara në IBD. Përfitimi i raportuar është anekdotik dhe i konfuzuar nga kursi natyror i rikthimit dhe përkeqësimit të sëmundjes. [1]
Eliminon plotësisht fibrat fermentuese, me efekte të parashikueshme në mikrobiom, dhe ka rrezik të vërtetë për mikronutrientë. E përfshirë këtu sepse promovimi i saj është i gjerë, jo sepse mbështetet.
Ku i përshtatet
Kjo është promovuar gjerësisht dhe mbështetet dobët. E përfshirë sepse do ta hasni, jo sepse evidenca e rekomandon atë.
Si i vlerësojmë këto
Katër klasifikime të ashpra në vend të një shenje. "E vendosur" do të thotë prova të rastësishme ose miratim nga udhëzimet. "Shpresëdhënëse" do të thotë një sinjal të qëndrueshëm nga provat që janë të vogla ose të shkurtra. "Të kufizuara" do të thotë vetëm prova mekanike ose observuese. "Popullore por e dobët" do të thotë e përdorur gjerësisht dhe e mbështetur dobët — një kategori që ekziston sepse pretendimi se ato qasje nuk janë aty jashtë ndihmon askënd.
