Çfarë mbështet vërtet evidenca
Një pakicë e konsiderueshme e pacientëve me IBD raportojnë përmirësim të simptomave, por evidenca e kontrolluar për një efekt në inflamacion mungon. [1]
Sëmundja e celiakisë është më e zakonshme në IBD sesa në popullatën e përgjithshme dhe duhet të përjashtohet para se të hiqet gluten, sepse testimi bëhet i pasigurt një herë që ndaloni së ngrëni atë.
Ku i përshtatet
Evidenca është mekanike ose observuese. Njerëzit raportojnë përfitim, dhe kjo është e rëndësishme për t'u marrë seriozisht, por përfitimi i raportuar në një sëmundje që rikthehet dhe largohet është pikërisht ajo që një vëzhgim i pa kontrolluar nuk mund ta dallojë nga variacioni natyror.
Si i klasifikojmë këto
Katër grada të trashë në vend të një shenje. "E vendosur" do të thotë prova të rastësishme ose miratimi nga udhëzimet. "Premtuese" do të thotë një sinjal të qëndrueshëm nga provat që janë të vogla ose të shkurtra. "E kufizuar" do të thotë vetëm evidencë mekanike ose observuese. "Popullore por e dobët" do të thotë e përdorur gjerësisht dhe e mbështetur dobët — një kategori që ekziston sepse pretendimi se ato qasje nuk janë aty ndihmon askënd.
