Was die Evidenz tatsächlich unterstützt
Assoziiert mit geringerer Krankheitsaktivität und besserer Lebensqualität; die DINE-CD-Studie fand sie vergleichbar mit der spezifischen Kohlenhydratdiät zur Symptomlinderung bei Morbus Crohn. [1]
Überwiegend Beobachtungsstudien für harte entzündliche Endpunkte. Es ist eine sinnvolle Standardoption und keine gezielte Therapie.
Wo es passt
Das Signal ist konsistent, aber die Studien sind klein, kurz oder beides. Es ist vernünftig, es unter Aufsicht auszuprobieren, und unvernünftig, es als gesichert darzustellen.
Wie wir diese bewerten
Vier grobe Einstufungen statt einer Punktzahl. "Etabliert" bedeutet randomisierte Studien oder Richtlinienunterstützung. "Vielversprechend" bedeutet ein konsistentes Signal aus kleinen oder kurzen Studien. "Begrenzt" bedeutet nur mechanistische oder beobachtende Evidenz. "Beliebt, aber schwach" bedeutet weit verbreitet und schlecht unterstützt — eine Kategorie, die existiert, weil es niemandem hilft, vorzugeben, dass diese Ansätze nicht existieren.
